I've always skipped breakfast. I won't get hungry until later in the afternoon, and then because I haven't eaten all day, I will continue to eat all night!
I am trying to get healthier and eat on a regular schedule, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunatly here it is 11am and I have completely forgotten to eat breakfast! I'm not even hungry, but I will try to eat a bowl of cereal.

I always eat breakfast. Usually a bowl of cereal :) Even if im not hungry, I just force myself to eat it. Afterall Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And I read in a magazine that those who dont eat breakfast are more likely to weigh more than those who eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast is a great way to kickstart your metabolism and to provide you with the key nutrients and all of the energy that you need to get you through the day! So you must eat it. Even if you dont want to. Even a piece of fruit and some yogurt will give you some energy.

Yes, that is true. That is why I want to start eating breakfast, because I am overweight and want to lose some weight. The best way to do so is to adapt a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, I used to do that, and had lost 20 lbs by having small, healthy snacks between small meals. That is what I want to do again.

I sometimes skip breakfast. I do not like to eat first thing when I get up. I too am usually eating all night because I have not eaten anything all day long. I had a glass of iced tea and a piece of licorice this morning so far. Does that count as breakfast?

LOL, that sounds so like me. I start my day with soda and junk food! It's just a bunch of empty calories though. This morning I had a bowl of Fiber One Caramel Delight, oh that stuff is so good!!

I have never been one for eating breakfast from being about 17, I just cannot eat it, I never eat anything until lunch time. I only eat when I am hungry and then it is usually apples! Oh apart from a Monday or a Thursday when I treat myself to a bacon buttie from the local supermarket!

I never skip breakfast, just because I don't want the hunger to follow me later on in the day!
Like today I wasn't really hungry so I ate a Soy Joy Bar. yummmmmy. And now I feel fine but getting a little hungry now!
I hate getting hungry I think I eat to much!

Eating many small but healthy meals throughout the day is the best way to lose weight. If you are hungry, you should eat, it just depends on what you eat. It's not good to fill up on junk food, but healthy foods are just fine.

Carrots are great... but instead of Twizzlers, try pretzels. They have no fat.

Yeah I seem to be hungry all day long.
I bought some carrot sticks that I am about to just munch on all day long.
But the thing is also, I emotionally eat, so no matter what mood I am in I can eat eat and eat.
Sometimes I eat just for something to do. Like twizzlers are my weekness. I can eat the whole bag and not even notice I am doing it!

These days, I would wake up almost noontime or a little past that. So, needless to say, I skip breakfast by circumstance but since I sleep early morning, I surely have had snack before I do. I had managed to return to my healthy sleeping habit that I sleep not later than 12 midnight to wake up the next morning so I could always eat breakfast as usual but it did not last long. My manner of sleeping now is like on a shifting schedule too. (lol) the same way that my previous work was on a shifting schedule. Even I attempt to sleep early sometimes, but I couldn't sleep until it's 3 or 4 am. I'm hoping to go back to the right track one of these days.

Breakfast doesn't always follow the time of day, it follows your own personal schedule. If you wake up at lunch time, have breakfast then. Have lunch at dinner time, and then dinner a couple hours before bed.

I try to not skip breakfast but sometimes I really don't have the taste for anything. Like if I want an egg...I don't want to fix myself something after cleaning up after everyone else. Or I won't want anything sweet...like cereal.waffles...etc Coffee is a must, breakfast most of the time.

I am going to do my best to have "quick and easy" breakfast foods on hand. Fruit and cereal is great, and I try to always have some frozen waffles and pancakes to heat up in a snap, but I think having some granola bars and muffins will help as well. That way I can just grab it and not have anything to clean up or cook.

That is true..I have small kids so I always have food like that on hand but I don't usually think to eat it. I have been known to finish a half eaten bagel or bowl of cereal that one of them didn't finish. My husband hates when I do that but I hate to waste it and it is already made. I guess that is a mom thing.

It depends on what you snack on. Junk food isn't good, but healthy snacks would be fine.

NO I never skipped breakfast because it gives me energy I need for a very stressful work.
Also I can't think on an empty stomach that's why I eat breakfast everyday.

Yes, sometimes I do skip breakfast. I usually like to make eggs and toast for myself just to get the day started. I give my son something for breakfast. Sometimes I just am cleaning or working on this site and time gets away from me. Next thing I know it is lunch time. It's not always easy to keep a schedule.

That is how I am. I will get involved with something on the computer or whatever and totally forget that I haven't eaten yet, as I did this morning.
