Do you drink enough water?

They say you should drink about 64 ounces of water a day... that's 8 glasses. Do you drink that much water? I've always been a soda drinker, and typically will drink nothing but soda! I am trying to become healthier, so I'm cutting back on the soda, but I still find it difficult to drink plain water. I've begun drinking zero calorie, carbonated flavored water. It is at least a step in the right direction, as it has no sugar and no calories.

I do not drink nearly enough water everyday. I am also a soda drinker. I have been drinking a lot of iced tea the last few days though. That is about as close to plain water as I get.

I'd have to think Iced tea is better than soda. Probably less sugar.

i definetly don't drink enough water. i don't like plain water either. the only way i can drink plain water is if it is really cold and has a lot of ice in it. I do drink flavored water some. the thing is, i don't drink 8 glasses of anything in one day. i just don't drink that much, i'm not sure why.

You do get a lot of water from the foods you eat, so perhaps your body just doesn't need so much. Because I drink sofa, I find I'm almost always thirsty. I think it's due to the soda. I could probably drink a lot less if I did drink water.

I hate to admit that I don't drink enough water. During the day I drink water or tea that I flavor with sweetner. I really do need to up my water intake since it's good for me.

I've even read somewhere that it should be just the least amount of water intake. Unfortunately, knowing that healthy habit, I fail to drink even just 3 glasses of plain water a day. I may have 2 or 3. Then the rest are colored beverages like coffee, softdrinks, tea, etc.
