When you Install more and more software, it will slow down your operating software. Because when windows starts, it loads some startup setting for the installed softwares. In this part I will show you one of the easiest technique: From your Start button do the following sequence, 1. Start-Run 2. Type "msconfig" in the "open" box.Click "OK" 4. This will bring the system configuration utility.Go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck the programs that you dont want to run. Now restart your computer. You will see the result. Warning: Do not modify settings in other tabs if you don't know what you are doing. I will regularly post tips. So keep an eye on my discussions.

Thanks for the tip. Normally I'll just manually access program settings to disable application launch at start up.
