Hello! When I was young, I mean, who am I Kidding? I STILL love going to the Zoo! So, When I go to the zoo, my favorite animals to see are the Koalas and Kangaroos (Guess I think Australia's awesome!) I think that the Koalas are SO cute and that the Kangaroos are amazing and beautiful! So, what is everyone's favorite animal to go see at the zoo? I can't wait to hear everyone's response, because the Zoos in Texas might have different animals than Zoos elsewhere!

My favorite animal at the zoo was the tiger because of its fur.

tigers have gorgeous fur!! My favorite animal is the Koala, and we just went recently to the zoo and the Koala had gone to San Francisco! what was that about? I was disappointed, but all in all, it was still a really good day!

We used to have a white tiger in Houston. That area was replaced by Komodo Dragons! But before it was replaced my boyfriend and I were looking for it and suddenly right by us this other family had a toddler with them that had a seizure right there! My boyfriend rushed to the scene and he knew exactly what to do for the toddler while I went and found a zoo official to help! It was certainly a memorable trip!

My favorite animal in the zoo is Sumatran Tiger and Siberian Tiger. Sumatran Tiger (Panthera Tigris Sumatrae) is a subspecies of tiger found on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Genetic testing has revealed the presence of unique genetic markers, which isolate Sumatran Tigers from all mainland subspecies. About 400-500 wild Sumatran Tigers were believed to exist in 1998, but their numbers have continued to decline. According to the RSPB in March 2008 there were approximately 300 Sumatran tigers remaining in the wild.

I also in the past have enjoyed going to the Houston zoo (my only problem is that they charge 10 dollars a person to get in). Personally, I have always liked the koales, buffloes (American) and the worthogs.
