What do you think the hardest thing to cook is? Why?
I think that fried eggs are one of the hard things to cook because you need the oil hot but not to hot, then you have to make sure you get the white part done but not get the yellow part too done to where it isn't runny. Most of the time I can make a pretty good fried egg and I don't even like fried eggs. I just tried one day for my mom and my sister and they loved them. Occasionally I will mess up on them though and fry it too long or not long enough.
So what do you think the hardest thing to cook is and why?
Do you have anything that you can cook or bake really good, like a specialty?
I can bake cakes really good, they always come out really moist. They always have. I think the main thing is to not cook them too long. I take them out of the oven as soon as they are ready. When I first discovered that I could bake them that good I made a lot and my family ate them a lot but not so much anymore. I am usually the one that bakes a cake if we need a cake though. I enjoy baking. My cookies are another story.

I have found that fried eggs are difficult to make. I usually
break the yolks and I get annoyed. Or I cook them too much
and the yolk gets too hard. But, I like them so I keep trying.
I also love to bake cakes. I wish it wasn't so hot now
because I really want to bake another cake. I always like
to have a cake around. I have a major sweet tooth. But since
it's way too hot to turn on the oven, I'll just have to wait.
There's nothing better than a fresh baked cake, even from
a mix!

Im OK with the fried eggs,if you keep the fat from getting too hot,it helps a lot,and then gently slip the egg from its shell into the frying pan.As the egg is cooking ,just spoon some fat over the top of it and you will see it beginning to set on the top. Then a a couple of minutes the egg will be sunny side up,then slip it out of the pan on a slice into the plate, and there you go.
