Is pizza considered bad for your health?

example: It consists of thin bread (needed carbs), thin layer of cheese (calcium), meat (protein), and vegetables can be added too for a healthier choice.

There are a lot of things about pizza that are really good for you. However, if you load the pizza down with high calorie, high fat items like pepperoni and extra cheese, then a potentially healthy dish can turn into something not so good for you. Portion size is also a factor. You can eat a little bit of anything. It's just in knowing when to stop and doing it!
