I joined the Boundless Living Challenge. Yesterday was the official start date. The challenge is all about accomplishing a goal you've wanted for a long time but have been to afraid to go after,or something you've tried and failed at in the past.
My goal is to lose weight and get my A1C back into the normal range. I have tried to lose weight in the past. I did manage to lose 20 pounds once but gained them back. I need to lose weight for my health. It will improve my diabetes and help with other health problems I have.
Hopefully the community and friendship of the Boundless Living Challenge will help me reach my goals!
Anyone else here doing the challenge?

Hi sunnflr.
I haven't ever heard of the Boundless Living Challenge. That is cool, though, that you are taking part. It sounds like you've set some very positive goals. I definitely think you should go for it. I'll have to check into this challenge and see what it's all about. Thanks for telling us about it.
May you reach all your goals.

Thank you Pearl. I'm going to try my best to get myself back on track. I've been pittling around too long!
I am going to put a post about the challenge on my blog so that more people can find out about it. It's a 45 day challenge that started yesterday, but you can still sign up. The end date is Sept 4.

You go! I know how hard it is to get on track. But, if you are like me, once you are on there, you are on there. Don't let anything or anybody get in your way. Keep your eyes on your goals and go for them.
I did check out the Boundless Living Challenge. That is interesting. It said it was free of charge and you would get coaching during the 45 days. If it's as good as it sounds, you are in luck.
