Bears In The Dumpster

My husband works for a surface mine. There is lots of wildlife close. When they reclaim the land, all sorts of wildlife moves in. He took a photo of a bear that had just got in the dumpster. This is the photo of the bear. I hope it shows up good enough for you to see it.

Good picture! We have seen bears in our yard. They raid the bird feeders and sometimes take the trash from the barrels and head for the hills with it!

We have deer, bear and coyotes come in our back yard. Not to mention rabbits, ratcoons, squirell, skumk and opposum.

One never knows what kind of animals a dumpster will attract. I remember camping, and hearing all kinds of warnings about not to feed the animals or leave garbage around. Unorunaely there are times when it just can't be helped, like in the case o landfills and garbage dumpsters.
