I use calculators most often. It is inevitable. As a proprietor of a retail jewellery and a regular trader in shares, it has greatest applications. Due to frequent use of calculators there is lot of wear and tear. So I used to replace the calculators often.

yes,because im a student of finance.cant do without.

Only when I'm computing large numbers but if it's just simple addition of not so big numbers, I do it mentally=)

I need it everyday in the class...you get kicked out if you dont have one.

No I don't unless it is a really big problem that needs solving, because I am good at maths plus I like to test that the brain is still working okay. LOL Some people use calculators for everything when in fact they would be better off trying to solve the problem without using one, and only use it to check their own manual calculations. :)

I do degree level chemistry, so i need a calculator!! Doesn't mean it makes any sense though lol

I do it mentally or by hand first, and then double check with a calcuator three times, cause math is my worst abilitiy... - DNatureofDTrain
