antacids

What do you consider to be the best antacid to take??
I will take tums from time to time, but they have to be the berry kind. Any other kind and I start to gag. My husband takes the Pepcid and he says that works really good.

Hi shymurl. According to what I have read in a book, the best and most effective antacid for all ages is a magnesium-aluminum combination.
