when does school start

Its hard to imagine that school is about to start. Seems like summer for the kids is getting shorter and shorter. i'm kind of looking forward to it that way my kids aren't always saying "i'm bored" lol. and then again i'm not looking forward to it, cause I will miss the kids during the day. School here starts August 6th. We got all the supplies already so we won't have to worry about getting them at the last minute. When does school start in your area??? Are you ready for it??

School here doesnt start till September and I am so ready for it. i am pregnant and just want to get some rest soon and my two boys in school will give me that much needed rest.

School here does not start till the 2nd September. My children's primary school does not break up till tomorrow. So we have all the "Im Bored" complaints to look forward to.My 15 year old son broke up on friday just gone. And my 16 year old actually finished school way back at the end of june.
They will be off for six weeks so i have not really thought about getting school stuff in yet as i have plenty of time to do that.

I actually have no idea. I have to look through the stuff my son brought home with him the last day of school. It said. Plus it had his supply list. I have gotten a few things I know he will need, but I have not gotten everything. I know it is sometime the second week of August. I have actually enjoyed having my son home this summer for the most part.

My eldest only started her summer holiday today, she goes back sept 2nd and then starts her first year in school after christmas, I love the summer holidays and having her at home its lovely to make the most of that time and do lots of fun stuff il really miss her when she starts full time school in jan 09
