What time of movie you like to watch?

For as long as I can remember I have been a horror, action, comedy, and sci-fi fan. Like horror films for the scare factor, something about the adrenaline rush they give you I find very addicting, though lately have been let down with the recent horror flicks, since I'm not all about the real gory and bloody horror films. That's just gross and not my thing. Action films if done right, give a person that same sort of edge of seat adrenaline rush that I am so addicted to as well. Plus it's a genre of film style that my mother got me into. Love Dante's Peak for that very reason. Comedy is pretty self explanatory. We all need a chance to laugh at something, and laughter does relieve stress and is actually a really good heart exercise. So keep that in mind each time you laugh you are doing something good for your heart. Sci-fi is something my brother got me into. He would always watch Star Trek, and had to see each of the Star Wars movies when they came out and at least once a day for a couple years afterwards..lol And I don't exactly know what it is about weird alien type movies, but they draw me in every time, even if I was just channel surfing...lol
