I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be inspired by this winning woman's journey! For 15 years, she's entered this great bake off and finally she hit the BIG ONE! :) http://www.pillsbury.com/BakeOff/Default.aspx What do you think of that?

I think they sound pretty good, but I would make my own cookie dough and not do the roll them in nuts part.

My brother would love those...he's a peanut butter fanatic. It's kind of a mix between a peanut butter cookie with the center of a peanut butter buckeye (without the chocolate)...creative yet still easy to make.

As a businessman and a cooking fool, I make it part of my Life Plan to go for 13 of these contests every year! :) You never, ever know what's sitting around in your recipes that somebody is willing to pay you for... Those cookies are the simplest thing to make, and sometimes simple is the best way to go! :)

Wow a million dollars for a cookie recipe I wish I was creative! Those cookies really look and sound good crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside and made with peanut butter oh how yummy!

It's cool that she one. I actually made these cookies at home and didnt think they were that great. I think homemade peanut butter cookies are better. My mother (cynic that she is) says the recipies and contest are just so that pillsbury can sell alot of product. I might try to come up with something some time and enter the contest though. I know that the winners can not be that similar to recipies that have won in previous years.
