Shoeless Joe, anyone?

I listed this book in my interests under 'Books I have read.' Apparently I am the only one here who has read it, because I am the only person in that interest. I'm so lonely Have you noticed any interest in which you stand alone?

I'd never heard of this book before until your post. So i looked it up. Apparently i know the story though. It was what Field of dreams was adapted from to make a movie out of and I love that movie. I'll be ordering the book from the library this week just so i can say i've read it!

Is that the book about Shoeless Joe Jackson? I think I read that a few years ago. Yes, I always am trying to find people to play backgammon with, but they are few and far between. I also don't know of anyone who even owns a backgammon book besides myself! :)
