Taking decision independently is correct or not??

well i am a person who always does a independent decisions there are very a less times when i have to use other persons and being depnedent on theri decisions because iam aware of the consequences that willl be arisind due to my decisions and also i will be responsible for them and i would not blame anyone so far my decisions have succeded as they are planned
