What's Cooking Tonight?

Tonight we are having chicken and rice, but some of our favorite Tex/Mex meals are: mexican lasagna, frito salad, frito pie, potato chorizo burritos, taco soup, tacos, burritos, 7-layer dip, chili, tamale pie, nachos, huevos rancheros

we took the easy route tonight. we are trying to get our bathroom remodeling done before sunday because sunday is my sons birthday party. so for supper tonight we had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. mmmm healthy right? lol. oh well we eat pretty good any other night.

Last night was chicken. So I am not really sure about tonight. But tacos sound so good. Sounds like a good idea for this weekend. Thanks for the suggestion.

We had leftover pork roast, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes and carrots for dinner tonight. We had a ton of leftover pork and still do, so I will probably do pork enchiladas tomorrow night.

A crispy melt pizza from Dominos

We're having pizza tonight. I went to Walmart and the coolers where they keep the meat and produce was down so I decided to pick up a couple of the Digorno Pizzas on foccacio bread.

I'm making a pot of rice, beans, lentils, corn and tomatoes. It has Mexican seasonings in it and smells delicious...can't wait for dinner :P

We are going to have some kind of chicken. I am not sure of how I will fix it yet. I love tacos,but we had lasagna last night so I need to make a heartier meal tonight. My husband loves taco salad more than just tacos.

I love tacos. I usually just make the recipie that's on the box of shells. I have nothing special for ya. I think tacos are quick pretty healthy and good. I want to make chicken tacos though. I always make the beef ones. Having shredded chicken would be good. I think I may look for a recipie for that. JUst be careful of the jalepenos!

We're having barbequed chicken wings tonight and I'll probably make a salad. I'm in Florida and we eat a lot of mexican and cuban food down here. I never had a Cuban sandwhich until moving here but they're one of my favorites now.
