Not only would I eat my dog but I don't think I could eat any dog. I might need him to go find food and bring it back to me...

You bet I would eat a hot dog if he brought me one, slobber and all. I might try to wipe the slobber off. And, my dog would never eat my food and pretend she couldn't find any, she was faithful and true and would have done anything for us. Why, I might even let her stay home and I would go look for a hot dog for her...

I wold eat my dog...if I had nothing else to eat to stay alive...but what if there were only me and my dog left in the world then maybe he would eat me.1

Welcome newbie! I know there are cultures in which this is just normal menu items, butnot for me. I've even heard of places undergoing famine who turned to dogs to keep them alive., not for me. I could no sooner eat my pet than my child!
