Do you prefer a pasta that is saucy or with little sauce?

I like pasta that has little (and not overflowing) sauce. Not only is it healthier, it is yummier as well. The sauce penetrates the pasta and gives it a lot of zest. Sometimes I don't even add tomato sauce, I just saute sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoni in olive oil and mix them to my spaghetti or linguine. The pasta also turns out palatably red.

I love pasta!! But I have to say I love it saucy!! :) I make my own bolognaise and it is thick and meaty so it is really yummy!! I also make my own creamy mushroom fettucini - which I am actually making tonight :) and that is also VERY yummy!!

I don't like eating pasta with sauce unless there is meat with it. It's a personal quirk of mine, lol. I can't stand sauce without meat, it just taste weird with the pasta alone. I guess I'm kind of plain, lol.

I love pasta in white sauce, the red pasta for me looks not so tasty and looks very common. I love my pasta with just enough sauce and enough spice, I dont like too spicy and too saucy pasta.

Whenever I eat pasta I try not to put to much sauce because it doesn't taste that good if the sauce is overflowing. Also since I don't want to waste food, I think that it's practical not to mkae the sauce overflowing because that would make it hard to finish the entire dish if there is excess sauce left on a plate right?
