Are you comfortable working with a family member?

Hello i was just wondering if anybody feels the same i do because i applied to the company my sister is working we are thrilled to work together .I was just wondering how about you are you comfortable working with your sister/brother perhaps?Cause i think there are a lot of advantages working with a family member first you can always ask for help if you don't understand a thing about the job.and you can always ask to teach you even at home.You always have someone with every time you go home.And you already have a buddy in the working place.

I like to work with any of my family members. If I get an opportunity to work with one of my family members I will be more than comfortable. You can share the complications of the work, also get help and can have some body in your office to whom you can trust is a great thing.

Yes it is really a good thing to have a family member in the same working area.But as what the other mylot family member have told me that he work together with his father and brother and the salary is (HAHAHAHA ) and it happen to me too my mother did not give me any i find it funny until now because working with your family members sometimes would mean "thank you" it maybe thank you for the cooperation or thank you because i don't have to give you any salary.(HAHAHAHA)

i am in a band, but before i used to be a member of a band were my dad is the band leader and my brother is one of our singer. i didint have much of a problem for there are no comparison happening (i think the is the most reasons why it is not comfortable working with sibblings) for i am a bassist and my brother is a singer. we both enjoy what we are doing. the only problem we had is or dad is not giving the right salary har har har

HAHAHAHA that happen to me too.good fro you because at least your father gave you any.But my mother she did not give me a dime (HAHAHAHA)I think that is one of the negative side of working with a family.But then again it is more fun being with them specially with a salary HAHAHAHA

i used to work in a family business of my cousin. most of the workers there are my cousins sibblings and some are like me their cousins. our big boss was very strict so even if we are his cousins or not the rules applies to everyone. he gives equal salaries and very good over time pay. when he gets angry he is very scarry but we can not control that for he is the head of their business. i left their office for i need to go to abroad. the business is still running up to now, and i wish it goes stronger and better

i dont have siblings but me & my cousin are at the same group i mean we belong to sister company. for me i dont mind it, in fact its a plus for me coz we're eating together, going home together, having snacks together, if she has a problem, she will approach me, then vis-a-vis..
