have finished one scrapbook of yours? what is it inside your scrapbook? with mine, i haven't filled up all the pages of my scrapbook. there are still pages to be filled with memorable memories. i stopped doing it because it got hooked up with the internet when i first got my connection so what i dis was kept all the potential pictures and tags for my scrapbook in one box so when i feeling comes back then i just have to pull every pictures and stuff and past it on my scrapbook. i have in it pictures when i graduated and passed my local board exam for nursing. i even cut-out the page in a newspaper where you can see my name and number that i have passed the exam with flying colors. pictures when i went to hongkong with my cousins. there are a lot of pages that needs filling up but i am not that inspired yet to do some. how about you? how addict are you with scrapbooking?

I'm sure they will love them. I started something last Christmas lol, I made 8x8 scrapbooks for my parents, sister, and youngest daughter, sharing 2007 with them. I live 1600 miles away from them. So I included pictures of special events, trips, the dog, weather (I get lots of snow now, they live in Texas lol) and used embellishments. I also got into making cards, my dad loved his birthday card with the tool embellishments I used, hammer, toolbox, paint can, he is remodeling their house.

My scrapbook is all about my daguhter. Every thing is in it. I am a saver. I keep every thing to put in her scrapbook. I have a box that things go into and when I get to that page the things are right there. Aside from pictures there is our hospital bands, her foot prints, leaves from days at the park, a feather from another day at the park, sand from the first time she was at the beach. When we go some where I am sure to get her a postcard and put that in the book. I used to scrapbook every day then I stopped for a while. I am now getting back into it and I do it 3 or 4 times a week. My daughter sits on one side of the kitchen island and I sit on the other. She colors and I scrapbook. Its nice bonding time.

i love decorating pictures. it is fun and it enhances my creativity skills as well my imagination. it also helps me think of good memories that i have had in the past and makes me remember and treasure those memories. pictures are fun to because you get to decorate pictures the way you want it, play with it and create something that can be inspirational to the others.

I have 3 12x12 scrapbooks completed, and 1 8x8 finished, I'm working on 5 of my own scrapbooks, but they are all on-going projects. And I have 3 8x8 scrapbooks that I am working on for other people, that were bought from me. The ones that are complete, there is two of me and my s/o, trips we took, with souvieneer flyers, pictures, tickets, etc. and of course embellishments. The other one that is finished is my dog's scrapbook, yep, she has her own, lol. I have pictures, embellishments, receipts (like from her first vet visit). The ones that I am working on, is another one of me and my s/o (I started scrapbooking when we moved in together 3 years ago, so one album holds about a years worth of memories and trips, etc.), another one for the dog, one each for mine and my s/o's jobs, and one that is titled 'Keeping in Touch, Across the Miles', it holds cards, letters, etc. from my family, my parents, youngest daughter, and sister live 1600 miles apart and my oldest daughter lives 300 miles away. I normally scrapbook only a couple of times a month when I'm working, but been on medical leave for 2 months (injury from work) so I've been doing it at least 3 or 4 days a week sometimes more. Mainly I'm working on the ones that I have to deliver, that I sold. I'm also saving up, making sketches of ideas, etc. for a scrapbook weekend retreat me and my oldest daughter are going to in October. I guess you might say I'm a little addicted, lol. Scrapaholic, Scrapbooking is cheaper than a therapist! lol

The scrapbooks I had for sale were for a girls softball team this summer. Basically they had 2 1/2 months to put in their order (first time for me to try sales of my albums) and it was first come first serve basis for delivery. Since I could basically start working on them as they were ordered ( I was at their games, practices and scrimmages) I have delivery of the first one ordered the first week of August, their last game was July 15th. I organized and edited the pictures from each game and then placed them in each girls individual files, that way when they ordered one, I could start printing the pics and start working on their scrapbook. The first one, I finished in approximately 2 weeks, they are 8x8, 20 pages. And I have to give credit to my s/o, he suggested that I do this, take orders and do individual scrapbooks.

I have three scrapbooks put away for my three children. They are as 'finished' as they will ever be. When my first child was born, I would spend my evenings after everyone went to bed writing the days events in it and writing down things he did during the day. I did this with all three of my children. I'm glad I did too because there are things in there I would never have remembered on my own without the notes jotted down.

I scrapbook everything in my life - photos, awards, patches, post cards from traveling, ticket stubs, maps, hospital bracelets, squashed pennies, cut up t-shirts. Anything that has to do with my travels or life is fair game if it's flat.
