Mmmm..I love fried rice
- besides fried eggs, I'd like to add in dried prawns (shrimps), chilli paste, sliced ham. The spicier the better - that's why I'd usually order Thai or Indonesian fried rice . I'd tried cooking; but still can't get it right.
I usually take Coke or Pepsi with my fried rice!

I love fried rice and we make it fairly often. I can't say I have ever had it for breakfast though. I also like adding eggs and peas. I have never tried chorizo in the fried rice. i find chorizo a bit greasy for my tastes. I will add chicken, or pork, or shrimp or maybe all three. I like some onion in there as well. Have never tried with hot dog or meatloaf, sounds interesting will have to try sometime. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hie Zeny, I love it since I was a child when I first tasted my mum's simple and easy fried rice of egg and shallots with occasionally of chinese sausages
It's the best ever and love it with chili sauce and my favorite drink of soy beans.
I still eat them often and lately I have this fried rice with egg, meat, shallot, chili ,shrimp and curry/bay leaves, the aroma is so delicious and it was certainly tasty. It would certainly make my day great whenever I have a meal of my favorite fried rice
Cheers,

I love eating fried rice in the morning, with my favorite breakfast viands. Fried rice mixed with egg, and the like make it a lot tastier than the ordinary fried rice. Garlic would make it more aromatic and I like the rice not overcooked. Served with Tapa or corned beef, fried fish and other breakfast viands, fried rice is perfect specially if we are saving last night's rice from getting spoiled.
