what i do with my diet is, i would control my carbohydrate and sugar intake from time to time when i think that i am bloated and overweight already. hehehe anyway, i have been eating and eating these past two weeks and i need to lose weight again. hehehe or at least, to eliminate this bloated feeling. maybe i had been on a hormonal roll which is why my appetite keeps changing. on regular days, i can really control myself because i don't have cravings, but if i do man, i would eat everything in the fridge! as in literally! lol anyway, i have to start tomorrow. i just drank slimming tea and hopefully i can already expel the contents of my large intestines and get myself to feel lighter. urggghhh...i feel so bloated now. do you have these kinds of moments? what do you do? take care all and God bless you! :)

I am always on a diet~ or so it seems. I just lost 15 pounds on weight watchers and now I keep going back and forth on the last 5 pounds that I want to loose. I try to eat some protein in the morning~one egg and one egg white scrambled together. If I get hungry before lunch, I will have some fruit. Lunch is usually a weightwatcher shake and some popcorn and then I eat a regular dinner. It seems to work to at least keep me on track and then I usually have a sweet after dinner. It is all into changing your eating habits and trying to be healthier. Good luck.

Losing weight is always hard no matter how you do it, but some of the tricks to losing weight is to keep in mind it takes a couple of weeks to really start breaking bad habits. When you start eating correctly, you won't want all the fast food or the junk food that we have at home. I eat 6 small meals a day which keeps me from getting to the starving going to eat everything I can find syndrome. Two or three of those may be a snack like a piece of fruit, or a small salad. Drink plenty of liquids, tea, water, throughout the day. Keep busy doing other things so you are not constantly thinking about food. If you can switch to like a soy based milk for a snack at least, it does break down slower in your system and delays the hunger feeling. The chocolate flavor is really good. You don't have to give up all of your favorite things to eat, just don't eat them in large quantities and not every day, then you won't crave them and wreck your progress. I found that after a couple of weeks, I could drive right past my favorite places to eat on the way home from work because I wasn't all that hungry. As the weight comes off and your cravings get under control, it gets even easier. Yes,I know family gatherings are killers of diets, if you wreck it one day, just get back on track the next day and keep going. Funny thing happens when you finally start eating right after about a month, the food you used to crave, just doesn't taste all that great anymore.

Diets are annoying. I've only tried one in my life and that was enough for me. It's hard to stick to a plan that can easily break you as soon as you see cookies or something, lol. At least that was the problem with me. I have cut back my soda intake and I think I've lost a few pounds because of that.
