Hard time posting new quality discussions?

Then we are both in the same place, but it doesn't have to be that hard! I got a whole lot of great tips from friends around mylot that helped me get more creative and start posting my own discussions. This is my fifth discussion this day and I think the largest amount I posted in one day, ever. This might sound like small pickings to people who have been around a lot longer, but I take pride in this personal growth. I take my time not to copy any content and make discussions that hopefully will interest people and that I personally like and take credit for. The best tip I got is to go through your own life, what did I do today? What can I tell people about that? Is there anything related to that? Good luck, I know you'll get there and I'll be running up that hill aswell and meet you at the top .

I don't bother to come up with great discussions anymore, I have too many unanswered, that i really wanted a response to,from one reason or the other, and then when i ask: do you eat 3 times per day?... everybody replies..lol...so i guess here the most simple questions get the whole attention...it's ok,i guess people are too lazy to read much or get too involved in a topic,it's easier for them to just make ir simple I have been dissapointed but got over it,and now i rather reply than start discussions, nobody sees them anyway...They might even get deleted and i lose earnings,so what's the point

I'm sorry to hear that a lot of your discussions haven't been working out. You are right that there are a lot of people on mylot that go for the easy discussions and I can't say I never posted a discussion that was easy (like how do you drink your tea?) but I enjoy the ones about ethical questions and life questions a lot as well. But like you say, they need more time and effort. I wouldn't mind taking a look at some of your discussions some time, I haven't seen you around before but there just might be something I know about or can give a well stated opinion on. I can't tell you to start posting again or to not give up hope, that's your own discission, but I hope you do enjoy replying and being active on mylot. All the best.

well, before starting posting again,i would like that some of my discussions get responded too, i have over 30 pages of discussions, since i am on this site, which means for more than 2 years...I don't know how long you have been a member here, but i am sure you didn't see me because i gave up for quite long, and only lately i have been on a bit, when i have time i would like you to look at some discussions, thank you very much...some very old ones are good also, and i don't see the point in starting them again,as i already have them theregoodluck to you too

Sure, perhaps we can help each other to get rid of some very old discussions. I've been trying to clear some old ones off as well as my page of old discussions not responding to is growing. I've been around for about 2 years too I guess and I've been away a long while in between too.

I do not really have a hard time thinking of topics that I can use to start a new discussion. More often than not, I use my daily experiences as a basis for discussions I start. However, for the past few weeks, because I do not really have that much time to spare, I rarely start my own discussion. I would rather use my spare time responding to discussions started by other members here at myLot.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I have been replying a lot of times too and it was my main activity on mylot. Now that I give posting discussions a try I think I might like it a lot too as long as I can come up with good discussions. Thanks and have a great day!
