back biters... what is you take on this kind of people?

hi, i encountered a lot of people who would talk about you at your back. i pity this people for they do not have the courage to say what they have to say on your face. for me, we should not trust back biters for they are dishonest and have a tendency of maligning your person.

Not my kind of people and that's an understatement :)
UNfortunately there are many every where and some don't even notice they're doing it. My rule is if the persons tells me something bad about someone else chances are that she/he will say something bad about me when I"m not around.
I don't have patience to either hear them or to deal with them most of the time and I avoid people like that among my circle of friends.
