I never win a contest... but this time, I might have...

You've won!!! - Pictures like this can be so deceiving. I know the contest I'm talking about in this discussion is fair and I have a chance of winning but a lot say you are a winner and you are not.

Like a mini experiment, you know you haven't won anything but you will still look because it's attractive and you want to make sure you are not missing out on something you might have actually won.

I just got an e-mail from a special student cultural pass I have that is giving away 1000 coupons worth 10 euros that you can spend at a local bookstore. The e-mail popped up and I replied right away, so I might have actually got a chance with this one (especially because a lot of people are on a holiday). Only thing that bothers me is that the e-mail was dated 2 hours back. All I can do now is waitte and hope I've made it with the first 1000 who responded. If I win I can use it to finance half of one of the college books I need and that would be awesome . Have you ever won a contest? What did you win? Did you have to finish a line, draw something, respond fast? Please share [/em]wink[/em].

Hi! At first I thought that I ahvent won anything in my entire life but good thing I remembered something. It was the first and only thing I won so far. Its not much but at least I won right?^_^ I didnt need to do much of anything because it was a fundraising raffle from a friends org for their annual outreach program. The tickets only cost P2.00($0.045) each and I had some extra P20.00 so I bought tickets worth my P20. Its all for good cause. So I had a total of 10 tickets and I heard that other people bought more than 20tickets and there are lots who bought them so I didnt count on winning anything. The day after the draw I didnt count on being texted by my friend saying I won Third Prize. The prizes were cellphone prepaid load credits. I won P60 worth of load credits and I was happy about it. The second prize was P150 and the first prize was P300. I dont mind not winning the first prize, Im already contented and happy that I even won. I hope you win that contest. Goodluck!^_^
