Finally, I finished setting up my first ever website, thanks for those who helped me in setting it up. 
But one thing to consider before my web site come into full action, a friend told me that I am needing a web hosting site. What is web hosting? What does it do to a website? 
I heard that it is quite expensive. Is there any free web hosting site? If yes, which is the best web hosting site? And why is it 'the best'? Thank you in advance!

You can try one of the free web hosting company. Goggle "byethost" and have a free account from them. I was using it for so long and they have a very nice performance. You can have it free. Once you have created your account, just upload all the files you have created from there. Good luck.

I use http://wwww.freewebs.com I found Free Webs to be extremely user friendly & their instructions walk you through all that you need. Believe me if I can do it anybody can. They do have services you can pay for but I find the free services will do anything I need. Never hurts to look.
