"Do u drink Coffee before you Slept in the Bed at Night"

Do u drink coffee before you slept in the Bed at Night because i did and my Husband would always asked me on why I have to drink coffee after I cannot slept but I kept on telling him that i am fine with it. What about you do u drink Coffee in the Night before you go to Bed or another kind of Drink?......

I never do that ,I need a sound sleep.
If you drink coffee at night, you can hardly fall asleep.

Having Coffee before my bed time, i dont like, because i have to get up in the middle of the night for Peeing..hehe.. i want an undisturbed sleep, of at least 8 hours..

[i]Hi iyah. Just like you, I drink coffee before I sleep. Actually, I start my day with a cup of coffee and I end it with a cup too. I got used to this routine. And I think I don't have a problem with it.

Well if it's going to keep you up all night, then you probably shouldn't do it. lol. But I drink coffee before I go to bed sometimes too, although if it did keep me awake all night, then I don't think I would want to do it. You are alone there, haha. jk. Funny discussion. 8D
