I have a hard time sleeping at night because i used to work at night in the call center until morning and i never seem to change it what i did is get into mylot every night until i feel sleepy
yes until now i find it hard to sleep.What i would do sometimes aside from mylot is watch movie for free in the computer or just stare at my daughter while she is sleeping.And sometimes wait for the posting of new jobs that is posted in the internet.
