Make-up or no make-up

Do you think women with make-up look more beautiful than women without make-up. Or do think women should maintain their natural beauty at all times?

I think putting make up is one way to be look more beautiful,but we have saying that simple beauty is pretty.

Makeup for sure, if they have a way to be more beautiful why not to use. I also think men should use makeup like eyeliner.
