Are you a good motivator?

Being a good motivator is a very good trait a person can have. People who are good motivators bring out the best in the people around them. They pushed them to do their best and succeed in their every endeavor. I think good teachers and parents are all good motivators. On the contrary there are people who are the opposite of good motivators. They are so negative that they seem to drive people around them down. I hope I am not that kind of person. I hope I can be a good motivator too.
