Hi friend... I am actually a mobile phone buff and can't sleep without my phone beside me, forget 'bout disturbing my sleep. I never spend a single miniute without it. I don't switch it off for a while. It helps me keep in touch with all my friends, specially with my girlfriend. Apart from calling or messaging, all the applications and games in it keeps my busy every moment. It is really a good company of me when I feel a little down.

I don't switch off nor I put away. It is always next to me when I am sleeping. I listen songs that I have put in it, I brows with it especially working in mylot. I read the daily news papers online with it. Review the my meetings and appointments in the daily schedulled, above all I have put a software which is a security monitor it can detect any intruder and give either voice call or sms my wife's phone and my neighbour that new detective has been found. So I cannot sleep without it.

They normally don't as I usually do not get calls very late unless it is an emegergency. The only one time that I experienced it was a few months ago around 3:00 in the morning when a colleagues child seemed to playing with his phone. I would pick it up and not get a response. This happened continously for about 15 minutes before I decided to switch off the phone and get back to sleep. Of course my colleague was extremely apologetic the next day.

Hey what reason did the researchers give for not using the mobile phones. I have heard many a times that the harmful X-rays from mobile phones can harm us in many ways but does that affect our sleep too? Or do you mean about the ringing of the mobile phones which could disturb our sleep? I get an advice many a times from my parents not to keep my mobile phone into my upper pocket bcoz the harmful rays may effect my heart rate. Perhaps, i am not into a habit of keeping it in the upper pocket anyway. I do keep my mobile phone next to my pillow while sleeping because i put up an alarm in my mobile which seldom helps me to wake up on time in the morning. Moreover, I may be disturbed by someone calling me but i don't hesitate picking it up even in midnight. Hmm.. So you use ur mobile phones for capturing pictures.. Haven't send me any yet.. Hey i hope i didn't surprise you with the news that you remarked it as..

I don't think so. My sister keep her cellphone in her bed beside her. But she sleep soundly. She has no problem sleeping at all.
