Is Amity University a good college to pursue Fashion Designing course?

My daughter wants to start her career in Fashion Designing. She has come up with Amity University to start her career. So I want to gather some information about this college. She wants to do her studies from Amity University, Noida. Is she has selected the right college for herself??? Is Noida a good place to study and Amity a good college.???

First thing I would like to say is ask this question on Yahoo asnwers.There aren't many Indian around and don't know about fashion designing.
I heard NIFT is good but don't know about Amity.Is that recognized now?They had some troubles with AICTE before don't know if it's valid for this course also but go to the Camous and ask there for info.
I'm from Noida but can't help because none of my friends are in that course and don't even know ablout it much.Best of Luck
