Can any one please help me regarding Indira Gandhi International Airport ?

My sister is going back to London and this time I am going to accompany her. How far can I get in at the Indira gandhi International Airport,New Delhi to see her off? Can I wait with her for a few hours untill the official Check in procedure starts? Also,would there be informations and markings available inside to assist regarding Check in and everything,as both of us are fairly new to this and would be so lost?

Hi..You can get in up to the hall situated before the check-in counter at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Of course, you can wait with her for a few hours till she checks in her baggage; however when she goes forward to immigration check and customs, visitors are not allowed inside.
There are well written signs and informations available inside to assist for all the formalities. Also, the airline staff is very courteous and will be happy to help you.
