My star grade down to 8

Hey there zhuxia, this is because your rating has gone down and it may be because people in mylot gave you negative ratings for your comments. The best thing is to give quality respond and have less conflicts with people because people will usually give you a minus rating if you fight with them.

it looks there are some people out there who are just giving you (-) ratings. This would be the only reason behind the changing of your star rating. However, I don't think you should be bothered with that as they just don't represent anything to other people. Everyone can rate + or - to each other for any reason and I don't think it is a fair thing to do. People don't rate you for good or bad responses but they just rate you down if you just don't agree with them. I don't think this is a very democratic aproach. I had a 9 rated red star before I was responding to political and religional discussions in mylot.Disagreeing with others is just a bad thing for your star rating. Of course, if you really care about it. So, I just don't consider the star rating as an important point on mylot. many of us are doing the same thing nowadays. you also shouldn't care about it. just try to make good responses to discussions and the star rating might go up and down (both ways) but this wouldn't mean something really useful in my opinion.
