of all my birthdays, the one i cant forget was that of my 10th birthday. i was in grade school then and my mom threw a celebration after class. there was a homemade cake, colorful balloons, and a tasty spaghetti. OMG, i got so many pictures with it. that was a total surprise! and my most memorable birthday present. how about you? what is your most unforgettable birthday experience?

Out of all the birthdays I have had in my 55 years I would have to say my 16th birthday was the most memorable. From age five I was in foster homes and moved from home to home. This kind of caused me not to trust people. Well when I was 15 I was moved to another foster home in Scarborough Ontario and of course I had a big chip on my shoulder. A few kids my age started treating me nice and asked me all the question kids ask each other after they first meet, like where are you from, how old are you and when is your birthday. As I said I didn't trust people any more so I lied to them and told them my birthday was in Aug. instead of March. To make a long story short they threw a huge birthday party for me to make me feel welcome but because I lied to them I felt like crap and ended up finding some booze and got totally bombed. They had to take me home where they were afraid to knock on the door so they left me lying on the steps. Even though that was one of the most embarrassing times of my life I learned that not all people are mean, hateful and liars. It even helped me to stop lying to people all the time.

My childhood birthdays were really memorable. Invite friends, get a cake, have a party..paper hats.
