Probably doesn't happen now but that's a phrase us recycled teenagers will remember. trousers & skirts with belts & big hems...sleeves & cuffs rolled over...The duffle coat I had at 13 fitted me well into my twenties by which time I'd grown to love it & wore it with yellow wellies running down the street through the puddles. So, mum was right...I did. Now if only I could reverse that process & grow BACK into the things that are staring mockingly at me from my wardrobe. (I stopped putting stuff in there when I found out they were starting to shrink ...)
