Today I heard news in local channel of our country. The news reported that 17 years old teenager tried to suicide by jumping in a river. You may guess that the reason for the suicidal is obviously teenager problem of affair and relationship..But no.. the problem was that.. She came to study in valley from very remote place. She have rented near the school area. But due to no source of income she was unable to pay the rent to the house owner. The house owner went so cruel that, he locked the door and scolded her to get out from his house. Due to teenager's depressed mind, she jumped in to the river. But its the fate that one police personnel saw her drowned in the river. Then he did saved her life. Now she is in safe hands. Police is investigating the situation. In some sense the girl did it because she had weak mind, she got depressed and did so and also due to her financial problem. But what do you think about that rascal houseowner? Did he did good by locking the door, depressing the teenagers mind wihtout understanding her problem? Shouldn't he have behaved her as his own child? What do you think? Must that guy be punished or what?Any offense or defense from your side to that girl and the house owner?

no! we all know that its a bit harsh but the owner had a perfect reason to do so. maybe he had already given the girl notices about her dues but she couldn't pay because of financial difficulties. we have all faced financial difficulties and to her case, i think its extreme. we can't blame the girl and we can't blame the owner. i think we should just help each other out. compromise!

yeah your answer is logical. The house owner might have thought that if he locked the door then the girl will come in line and pay him. In the world of money no people pay free. There is nothing to act against it, yeah just a compromise.I liked your post.

Hi sirfsuraz, The owner of the house could not be expected to let the girl stay there without paying rent, but he could have handled things differently. He should have discussed the matter with her instead of just locking the door, perhaps he could have helped her find a part time job. It is very difficult to know what to say unless one knows all the circumstances. I hope things work out for the girl. Blessings.
