I am wondering with the economy getting bad out there, what are people doing to make some extra cash? I myself blog to make extra cash. Sometimes i feel like its not enough and might need to move onto something more aggressive like possibly a part time job.

I'm trying to do the same. I have a blog, but its really not making anything. I do some survey sites which do pay, but the payout is slow and also in small increments. I've sold some stuff on e-bay, but lately their fees have really skyrocketed, so I am using webidz which is a free site, but there is not a lot of traffic there. I am also thinking of getting a part time job, but it's hard to find something to fit into an already cramped schedule. I wish you luck in your endeavor and hopefully this economic crisis will come to an end soon!

I also blog for a little extra cash, but right now it's not big enough. I also looked into some survey sites for a little extra and like di said it's slow and small. I haven't looked into ebay or webidz. I never heard of webidz though.

the prob wid the online methods is that, everything you get is either fake or pays very little. there's no way to earn much without some sort of investment. honesty, i feel i have found the perfect way to make some serious cash, but a little effort is involved. if it wasnt for these damn scams, my life would have been so much easier. instead i waste all my time convincing others that this is genuine. i'm going off topic a bit i guess. those who wana know more about this cn msg me. i'll be honest, it has an initial cost. i'm not gona forward you to some site. this isnt an online job per se, as i conduct business in my locality also. i was hoping to spread a network in areas beyond mine. and it seems that mylot might offer this opportunity. as all us people looking for earning some cash are rite in one community here. if anyone is gona bum me demands for proof of legaity, dnt bother msging, cos every proof that i n give (scaned cheques) cn easily be forged. if u ok with trusting a stranger over the inernet (me) then here's the right place. promised high returns.. hmmm, how else should i entice people?

I do understand what you mean. I am doing an online business that I absolutely love and it also does cost money to join. I would like to share information with you if possible. Thanks for your comment.

What is your blog about? I have a home business that I use for extra money. It does much more for me that just earn extra money, though. I'm able to help causes that I believe in while still earning money and building my business. Also, it's not just extra money. I'm building an income from home and won't have to worry about working outside of the home anymore. I love what I'm doing :)

I have an online business that I do and I really do enjoy it. It is the very first online business business that I have ever made money on. I have been scammed several times but this time I definitely have a winner.

I'm thinking about going into blogging for extra cash, though I want to have something that would stand out among all the "get rich quick" blogs and so on. I know, good luck with that, right? I'm here on myLot, of course, and taking a few surveys here and there, but I'm also starting up with selling things on eBay.

I write for four pocket money websites: here, Blogit, and Suite 101, as well as Yuwie (which I think is a scam; I've been there 11 months and only earned 3 cents. I also write and distribute my on self-published poetry magazines featuring my own work. For real work, I write for two websites about disability issues and I'm hopefully going to start making a newsletter for a third disability non-profit in Boson (cross your fingers).
