How many times do you do your shopping?

I wonder how many times you should be going shopping these days? Before,it used to be as often as people need something in the house but these days,with prices of many things going up,especially Petrol:how many times should someone be going shopping?

I do not go shopping very often. But I live alone, so I do not need much anyway.Wal-Mart is only about 3 miles from me, so if I have to go to the chiropracter, which I go twice a week, then I will stop in and get what I need.

I go shopping for groceries on Saturdays and usually go to the local grocery store in the town nearby instead of driving to the next town and going to Walmart. If I need something during the week I'll stop by Walmart on my way home from work but, since I'm usually tired by then, I don't wander around like I used to...I get what I need to get and get out of there.
