I just had my baby in May and I had gain 70lbs during this pregnancy. I know it's alot!! I need to lose weight as soon as possible because now I'm having health issues. Does anyone know any low carb meals I could make? I need some breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I haven't decided if I'm going to do 3 big meals a day or do the 5-6 small meals a day. I think I'll most likely do the small meals. Also do you know any good work out DVD's that would be good for me to do now? Remember I'm out of shape right now so I need something that isn't really hard for me right now to do. (I am looking to purchase the wii fit but it's really hard to get right now.) Thanks and have wonderful day!!

Low carb meals consist of meats and vegetables for lunch and dinner, and eggs and meat for breakfast. Mostly anyway. So omlets would be good for breakfast, or eggs and bacon, sausage, or any other meat. Lunch time is a good time to have a salad. Chicken, tuna,or chef salads are good. Supper I usually do a meat and two vegetables such as green beans and salad, or peas and tomatoes. Some friends of mine use the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's and love them. One of them is in her late 50s and says they aren't too hard for her. Good luck getting the baby weight off.
