I think that a person's name is a very important part of who you are. How do you/ whould you go about in choosing your kid's name? Would you name your child after someone you admire, choose a name according to meaning, a name that sounds beautiful to you or would you go for a family name?

well, I haven't got any kid yet, but I have think about her name if eventually it's a baby girl. It would be Isobel Klaudine.
When I had a holiday with my GF, we're in vacation to Bali that day, and that moment the Isobel Storm was hitting Indonesia. I was thinking if I had a strong daughter who can shock the world like that can have a beautiful name such Isobel. I was thinking about Katrina too, but I didn't experience it myself, so I'd go for Isobel.
And Klaudine... well, it is taken from the beutiful song of Richard Clayderman that I and my girlfriend love so much. And the song is really relaxing and comforting your soul, so I think if I just combine those very contradictive name, it would be my hope that my daughter will be a strong woman yet able to give peace to anyone around her :)
