Sit. Coms

First off let me say that I don't usually enjoy sitcoms. They come off more "stupid" than funny to me, but every once in a while I find one that I really enjoy. Two and a Half Men was one of those. . .the first season. I made sure I had the TV turned to the right channel so I wouldn't miss a single episode. Then it seemed to me that the writers ran out of funny and settled for "stupid". Is it just me? Did I just get bored with the antics of prepubescent, insecure and irresponsible males? Or does anyone else find this show is much less funny than it was the first season?

I do not watch comedy s on television. They ARE more stupid than funny. Of course that does not include the Andy Griffith Show or I love Lucy or The Beverly Hillbillies or---well i am sure you get my drift!

I like that Jake is growing up and the humor surrounding him is good. I wish the brothers would grow up.

I'm not really a fan of sitcoms either. I love The Office and I still watch reruns of Roseanne but that's about it. I've only watched one episode of Two and a Half Men..it was just okay. My mom loves it. I've heard it's one of the most watched shows on TV.

Honestly, I like the short half hour shows. My favourites are 2 and a half men, how i met your mother, big bang theory, my name is earl, corner gas, little mosque on the prairie, sophie. I think why i like them though is its easier for me to sit through half an hour then go do something and come back. I do agree that it is less funny now than it originally was. I noticed though that lately charlie has been being less like he normally is...,maybe they are writing to have him settle down now.
