Computer problem

I need help. I been trying all night, for over one hour already. I want to install Nielsen Netratings on my computer. But each time I click on the link, it goes through the steps but then I get a blank page and nothing else. I turn off all of my firewall already what else is stopping me?

Maybe Nielsen Netratings's promblem,or your browser's problem,if you use the firefox that some pages may not show right,you can use the ie try it

I did the same thing and I just reinstalled it fine, If you just removed the program then log back into the site and try a re-install it worked fine for me and it wont hurt to try

I removed the program and it was about a month later that they sent me a notice that if I try I can do it again and they pay me $2.00 for signing back with them so Itried but could not because of something funny.

I am using IE. I installed it before but forgot and removed it and then I was invited back for $20.00 a year reward, so i decided to try again.

Don't know I tried opening their site to get the thing but it's showing an error.Might be back later then I'll try again.

Hi thanks my friend. Have you installed their stuff? Did you know you can earn $5.00 for 3 months and all you have to do is use the computer once a month, and you can make that money. Wow that is great. taht is $20.00 a year

Have you checked your add remove programs in your control panel. it might be installed and what you saw on your screen might be normal

Hi Mirage, What is the add remove programs? I did not find this on my control panel? If it is installed what should I do?
