what items will you purchase from a $1000 gift check worth of shopping spree?

my husband was just given a pass worth enough to buy for a half month grocery after meeting the monthly quota in a sales company. the very first time he was given such pass or gift check made me so excited. i enjoy shopping so much! and so, upon receipt, we go to the mall and bought two big baggages which i think is reasonable because we are heading to go overseas. we purchased shirts and pants, toiletries, hankies, shoes and slippers for future use. oh, that was a tiring day because we did the shopping on a midnight sale which i think was also great because i availed a lot of discounts and freebies. what do you think?

With $1000 I would buy everyone in the house new clothes - I would prolly have $300 left LOL and spend that on something fun like a new DVD player.

As much as I would love to blow it all on clothes and entertainment stuff like cd's and movies I would probably save it for all my groceries and gas. That way I would still save enough money that I could shop for other things that I like.

I would have bought a swanky new mobile, I pod, and a camera, home theater. any gadget would be fine with me. as I am a music buff a cool surround speakers of BOSE would make me very happy:). You have done a good job, bought the necessities. so where are you heading to?

what a dream. i think that i would buy pop because that has become a luxury item.:) and then a new laptop. yes a new one ohhh. that'd be nice. :D

it's too big money for me. so i give it to other who is ready to shop, for a discount of 5-10%. So that i can get money in my hand. noe i can use it to complete my dialy needs. Not for shoppings.
