Do you have Chow Chows? if so what colors do you have? and how many do you own? Do you like the dog shows? or go to them or watch them on television? come share about these adorable cute dogs.

I have a pure black female chow chow. Her name is Shecky. Last year she became mom for the first time and she had 6 fluffy puppies. The father was red and so there were 3 black and 3 red puppies /1 female and the other 5 male/. It was very exciting with these six little fluffy balls around. :) I will upload photos soon.

I love the black ones, my first chow was black, and my 2nd was red, and then our third chow was red, and 4th was red, then we ended up with mostly red, and we have 3 cinnamon,2 white chows but considered creme, we have 1 black and the rest are red, we did have 2 blue chows, but we sold them to a lady who shows them.so now we just have the red,cinnamon and black. and 2 smooth chows, 2 cinnamon and 1 red, and I just love them all. they make me laugh and I enjoy being with them.

I have five dogs and one of them is a chow mix. He's pure black, including his tongue! 
He used to roam the neighborhood. We saw kids throwing rocks at him and brought him home. He's never been a very bright dog (thus, the name Bowser) but he's very loving and loyal. I don't show him at all, but I do sometimes watch dog show on TV. Bowser's favorite thing to do is ride in the car with his head hanging out the window. He's in heaven when he gets to do that.

Hi, Thanks for your response, I have some that love to ride in the car, they seem to know when I leave to go out, they stand by the gate and get ready for their leash to get put on. it's funny, they like to sit in my lap as well, but I have to keep them off and make them sit in the back. so they do. they are very smart dogs, and very loyal. I love them all.:)

i have 4 chows living with me right now. they sleep with me too inside my room. I have a pair of cinnamon chows, and 1 female cream and 1 male very light cinnamon(tan color). They are all 5 years old now =)i am a breeder in m y country... it's been a year since we had our last puppies... i mated them right now hopefully i have puppies 2 months from now. =) i will post pics here soon =)
we did join local dogshow like 3 times... when i was still in college.. since i graduated from college i just go and watch dogshow from the sideline... we find it tiring already and we don't have that luxury of time anymore to prepare them for dogshows... beside my color tan male chow named SHintah... already won the dogshow so i guess we'll be ok with that.
whenever i get the chance to catch it on espn i do watch it...
my chows hhahaha they are very lovable, huggable i make them my pillows at times hhahaha and hmmm kind a spoiled too just a little not too much. they still get scared when i shout at them when i am angry (scold them ) whenever they did something bad...=/ they are loyal too... very and sometimes they dont mind you at all.. they just sleep the whole day hahhhah oh boy they got the best life.. what can i say =)

Hi, thanks for your response, they do make great comfy pillows, fluffy too.lol I love them, we have a kennel and we have quite a few, so they are all my furry babies.we did loose one of them a few weeks ago, she was really special to me, and I find it hard to not see her anymore, I do have her sister and neice with me. she reminds me alot of her. yes they are very loyal dogs, I have kids and they are great with them as well. my hubby does the dog shows, we have the colors, of red,cinnamon,black,we had 2 blue but we sold them. we also creme chows. some call them white.and we have smooth chows also. hubby has done the eukanuba,westminster and many other shows, I stay home with the kids. but we do love our furry babies.

i dont have any chow chow but when i get older and get a apartment i want a chowchow they just seems to be soo soft with all the fur and then i just loove the blue tung.
does anyone know why the toung is blue?

I have 4 chow chow. All are brown.
Actually I have many dogs, a dozen of them. Since my family breed it for sell. ^^
I like the dog shows but I have never go there, because I still didn't feel that my dog is good enough to show.
Chow chow is very cute, especially when they was a baby, wrinkled fave, fat (proportional), thick fur. Wowwww. .. ,
