my 16 year old son loves to eat veggies and other good food. he loves milk and cereal. But at 6 ft tall,he seems not to get enough food.no matter how he much he eat...by around 9pm,he asks for instant noodles and cans of vienna sausage.my husband tells me not to buy these two anymore.but my son insists that i have to.sometimes he takes swissmiss or cereal or yakult, before going to bed.but most of the time..he prefers instant noodles and canned sausage.
how will I stop him?

16 yearolds - or any teenagers - eat no stop they need the food to fuel their growing bodies. As long as he is eating healthy the rest of the day, he can eat a bit of junk.

It's normal for a boy of that age to be a bottomless pit when it comes to food. His body is growing and he needs the food to fuel what is going on inside of him so, unless he's overweight, let him eat whenever he's hungry. My son grew several inches in only a few months when he was that age and also built more muscle mass. He went from looking like a kid at 16 to looking like a 6'2" man at 17. Just try to make him eat healthy foods and not fill up on junk food.
