Ive been doing interval running on the treadmill at the gym for a while now. The last few weeks though, my shins have been sore. I asked someone at the gym about it yesterday and he said he was sure I was developing shin splints and that they are extremely painful.......I am so disappointed because Ive finally something that I enjoy doing thats exercise--running. I guess ill have to take a break and use the elliptical for awhile. Anyway, what are some good running shoes that wont break the bank?? If you've had shin splints, how long did they last and what did you do for it???
