PTP on autosurf

I'm a member of fusionmails, and they allow ptp on autosurf, but for only a tenth of the rate. Thats ok, the problem is that as it is on autosurf if it gets 100 visitors, only twenty are unique, and so 80 credits are wasted. Does anybody know of any more ptc/ptp that allow autosurf? 100/5=20=no waste!
