Most of the time you buy mobil phones in this part of the world that i live, they will tell you that garantee doesn't include the battery. They might give you a grantee up to 1 year but 1month after the battery is down. The funniest part of it is that the price of buying a new battery is more than buying a new mobile phone.

ha ha ha.... how could the price of battery be more than the mobile.. My cell phone was working properly until recently, that its getting charged properly due to battery problem... It loses its battery very fast.. within 2 or 3 calls i get "low battery" message... It will cost me about Rs 500 for buying a new battery... But I'm thinking if buying a new cellphone...

I am sure of what i'm saying, you atimes get it for unbelivable price,i'm not talking of used mobiles, new ones without monthly payment.I can remember buying more than 3 of such with garantee.Known models, though on promotion.

Maybe you can buy a replacement battery , sometimes replacement batteries are much better than the original batteries. I think it's because the original batteries are too expensive and they are not easily bought so they stay in the store for more time than they have to be sold and used. I my country, when you buy a mobile phone, the battery is usually just replaceable within a week, same goes with the charger.

Actually, there is no problem with the chargers but only the batteries, can you imagine you buying a mobile for equivalent of 29$ with 1 year garantee, but the new battery going for over $35,i mean it's awful!
