As Swiss is in the Eu,if other continents has an independent State as well,will the world be a better place to live in.I knew Africa tried this even before the EU came to place but i think there was not enough cooperation.
I found out that many Countries working together as one need an Independent State that will be acting as Referies or neutral when taking decisions.
